Each year, the group decides on topics to address during the meetings with the help of the facilitator and experts. This is to ensure that the topics are as relevant as possible with a clear ROI.

  • How can your project team and supply chain proactively prepare for future ‘Black Swan’ events?
  • Is your supply chain set up so it is not suboptimized by ‘silo thinking’?
  • How can IT, information sharing, and AI improve supply chain collaboration, decision-making, and ROI?
  • How can leadership create a driven, inclusive organization with growth opportunities across cultures and departments?
